3. If the road conditions are safe gather the following information:
a. Record the negligent driver’s name, address, and phone number.
b. Record the negligent driver’s car make, model, license number and insurance information.
c. If it is safe, take pictures of all vehicles and road conditions. They are worth a thousand words.
d. Do not take blame for the wreck.
e. Only discuss the wreck with the police officers.
f. Get the names, addesses and phone numbers of any witnesses.
